Trial Lessons Vouchers:
Buy your Trial Lesson Flight voucher, submit your recipient's name and your message in the 'Add a note for the seller' box during payment, then receive a personalised Trial Lesson cash voucher by email or post.
Trial Lessons Vouchers are usually sent out within 24 hours by email or post. When you’re ready to book, just give us a call at 01622 891539 or email ops@headcornaerodrome.co.uk
We offer refunds within 14 days of a purchase (less any transaction fees), in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, thereafter all vouchers and subsequent flight bookings are non-refundable. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, extensions are not possible. Flying experiences can only take place in suitable and safe weather conditions, you must be prepared to be flexible on your activity date. If we need to cancel your flight due to weather or other reasons, you can still use your voucher within the original timeframe.
Voucher is transferable - if your intended voucher recipient is unable to fly, please contact us with a different passenger, who must meet the flights physical requirements.

Spitfire Passenger Flight Vouchers:
Buy your Spitfire Passenger Flight voucher, submit your recipient's name and your message in the 'Add a note for the seller' box during payment, then receive a personalised Spitfire cash voucher by email or post.
No need to book dates online - We will contact 'scramble' you with a flight date option in the 2028 flying season. For the historic RAF grass runways at Headcorn Aerodrome, the flying season period is 1st April to 1st November only.
If you cannot accept the date we offer, you have the flexibility to refuse up to three date offers. If you refuse three date offers, you must accept the fourth and last date offer or your voucher will be refunded less a 15% fee.
We may 'Scramble' you to fly a Spitfire at any point up to the last 48 hours, though we will typically aim to give at least 30 days' notice where possible.

We guarantee to offer you a flight within the 2028 flying season.

Headcorn Aerodrome t/a Weald Air Services Limited are acting as a reseller of Spitfire passenger/two-seater flight experiences provided by UK CAA authorised Spitfire operators.
Once a specific date has been booked, you will automatically become bound by the terms and conditions that the individual operator may have. Flying in a Spitfire involves certain elements of risk. Risks will be clearly explained before your flight, on the day you'll also be shown a Spitfire Safety Briefing video explaining these risks, if you decide not to proceed or cannot fit safely inside the cockpit you can exchange your experience or request a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Flying experiences can only take place in suitable and safe weather conditions, you must be prepared to be flexible on your activity date.
If the Spitfire operator cancels your experience date, they will inform you as soon as possible and do their very best to offer an alternative date.
